Account & Verification
Business Status: By registering as a Client, you represent that you are a legally registered security firm or a business with a legitimate need for security personnel.
Credentials: You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. Sichta reserves the right to request proof of business registration or industry licensing at any time.
Job Postings & Content
Accuracy: Clients are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. Postings must be for genuine, active vacancies and must not contain misleading information.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all local labor laws, including non-discrimination and fair hiring practices.
Prohibited Content: Postings for illegal services, multi-level marketing (MLM), or positions requiring a fee from the candidate are strictly prohibited.
Use of Candidate Data
Confidentiality: Clients receive access to sensitive personal data (resumes, contact info). You agree to use this data only for the purpose of recruitment via Sichta.
Prohibition on Resale: You may not sell, lease, or share candidate data with third parties outside of your organization’s immediate hiring team.
Fees and Payments
Subscription/Per-Post Fees: (If applicable) Clients agree to pay the fees associated with their chosen tier or posting package. All fees are non-refundable once a job is posted.
Payment Processing: Payments are handled through Payments Getaway's . Sichta is not responsible for errors in third-party payment gateways.
Recruitment Responsibility
No Guarantee: Sichta provides the platform to connect users but does not guarantee that a Client will find a suitable candidate or that a candidate will accept an offer.
Vetting: Important: The responsibility for background checks, license verification, and reference checks lies solely with the Client. Sichta does not pre-vet candidates for legal employment eligibility.
Termination of Service
Sichta reserves the right to remove any job posting or suspend Client access if these terms are violated, or if the Client’s behavior is deemed harmful to the reputation of the security industry or the platform
